Our story
NailFlowApp was created by Logan, the owner of American Nails & Spa in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Running a busy salon, he needed software that handled the hard parts of salon life: giving walk-in customers to techs fairly, texting customers without anyone at the desk, showing each tech her own schedule and pay, and closing out the day without a notebook.
The tools he tried were built for hair salons or spas, or needed new hardware and long contracts. So he started building his own. In 2026 NailFlowApp went into daily use at American Nails & Spa, where every feature is tested on real customers, real turns and real paydays before other salons see it.
Today, NailFlowApp is in daily use at American Nails & Spa in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Love Nails in Ames, Iowa also takes online bookings with NailFlowApp. We are preparing to expand to additional nail salons across the United States.
