These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between American Nails and Spa LLC ("NailFlow", "we", "us") and the salon that uses NailFlow ("Salon", "you"). By using NailFlow you agree to these Terms.
The service
NailFlow is salon management software: online booking, appointment texts, check-in, turns, checkout, gift cards, rewards, reports and payroll tools, through the web and the NailFlow app for iPhone and Android.
Your account and security
- You are responsible for the people you give access to (managers, front desk, nail techs) and for keeping passwords, PINs and Authenticator codes private.
- Tell us right away if you think someone used your account without permission.
- NailFlow support opens your admin only when you ask for help and give the one-time code sent to the owner's phone (or for a salon NailFlow owns); each visit ends by itself after 2 hours and is shown in your log.
Your responsibilities
- Get your customers' consent before texting them, honor STOP right away, and follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines and other laws on texts and calls.
- Keep the information you enter (services, prices, hours, staff, taxes) accurate, and follow the laws that apply to your salon, your staff and your records.
- Use NailFlow only for your salon's lawful business – no spam, no unlawful content, no attempts to break into or overload the service.
Payments
Card payments are processed by your payment processing company under that company's own merchant agreement and terms; NailFlow is not a party to those payments and does not store card numbers. Online deposits and gift cards may be processed by PayPal under PayPal's terms.
Fees
Any fees for NailFlow are as agreed in writing between you and NailFlow. If no fee is agreed, none is charged.
Your data
Your salon's data belongs to you. We handle it as described in the NailFlow Privacy Policy. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.
Availability
We work to keep NailFlow running and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may update the service, and some features depend on others (for example phones, carriers, Apple, Google, the hosting provider).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NailFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages, or for texts or notifications that are late or not delivered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid NailFlow in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using NailFlow at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or the service is misused. When the service ends, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that we may delete it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will update this page and the effective date above.
